We are delighted to introduce our BRAND NEW Loyalty Card Scheme here at Air Trail, Tees Barrage and GoClimb in Billingham Forum.

To reward our loyal adventurers we are now giving you a free visit to either our high ropes course or indoor climbing attraction. Simply visit us here at Air Trail, Tees Barrage or GoClimb at Billingham Forum four times and get your fifth visit ABSOLUTELY FREE

From Saturday 21st July 2018 each visit to one of our climbing attractions will see you move up the rankings, promoted from Air Cadet, all the way to a fully qualified SPACE COMMANDER!!! You will be presented with an authentic certificate each time you’re promoted, there are five to collect, and you’ll have the chance to be featured on our social media page as a reward for your hard work and braveness.

Terms & Conditions

Must show card on arrival to obtain stamp.
Strictly no re-administering of stamps for forgotten, lost or stolen cards.
Each card must be completed and stamped in full to redeem free visit.
Card expires 12 months from first stamp.
Free visit can be claimed at a venue where you have paid in full at least once. For example, if you obtain 3 stamps at GoClimb and 1 stamp at Air Trail, you can claim your free visit at either attraction If you obtain 4 stamps at GoClimb you can only claim your free visit at GoClimb.
Loyalty scheme is not applicable for birthday parties and group bookings.
Free visit must be booked in person either on the day of your 4^th visit or on the day you wish to claim it (we advise calling ahead to check availability for this option).
Completed cards must be handed in at reception to claim free visit.
Incomplete or tampered cards will not be accepted.
Any cards that are unreadable will not be accepted.
Stamps are non transferable – if you have two different loyalty cards you can not transfer these onto 1 card.
If your card begins to become worn or damaged please request a new one at GoClimb or Air Trail before the information becomes illegible where a member of staff will issue you with a replicated card and corresponding dates for each stamp.
This card cannot be redeemed as cash.
Tees Active reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
