Each session on Air Trail consists of one hour of adventure and costs £11.50 per person. Family tickets are also available for £41.95 (2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children).
We ask everyone to arrive 30 minutes before their session is due to start to receive a safety briefing and to get fitted with a harness. Please arrive on time as if you are late you might not get the full hour on Air Trail.
All bookings must be made through the Air Trail dedicated online booking system here. This will help us to control and assess the flow of visitors in the early stages of reopening. During this time there will be no walk up visitors allowed.
There are limited spaces on each session and these will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
From Monday 19th July, we have increased session spaces however sessions are still not yet at full capacity.
All challenges and obstacles are still in use at Air Trail. All of the usual rules of Air Trail still apply during this time and we have also introduced a few extras to help keep customers and staff safe. The Adventure Crew will brief you before you ascend Air Trail.
Yes, we will be limiting the amount of participants by 50% and only allowing one chaperon per group onsite to ensure social distancing is adhered to. During your session on Air Trail, only one person is permitted on an obstacle or platform at any given time, unless a parent/guardian is helping a child from the same household.
On arrival please use the queuing system in place following government social distancing guidelines. One of our team members will meet you, sign your group in and then explain how to move around the Air Trail site.
In order to reduce contact we are only accepting online bookings. Our team will keep their distance whilst fitting PPE. If one of the team does need to help fit a harness they will wear the appropriate PPE. Whilst on Air trail staff will help customers verbally from a distance.
We have increased our cleaning regime at Air Trail and all of our team members have been on appropriate Covid-19 training. We also have hand sanitising stations across the site and will be encouraging customers to wash their hands before and after their Air Trail session.
From Monday 19th July, face coverings and gloves are not required whilst on the structure however we do require all participants to wear a face covering while being kitted up with the harness and clipped onto the structure. This is due to the close proximity you will be in to our staff during this time.
The watersports centre and Oasis Café will not be open during these sessions, vending machines are however available if you would like a drink or food.
Yes, toilets will be available for customers only to use one at a time.
Unfortunately you will not receive a refund for the session.
Absolutely fantastic went with my 12 year old and 2 year old; great to find some where that caters for both ages. Definitely be back!Gemma Jones – Middlesbrough
